The person whose name is on the reservation is responsible for all guests and that all rules and policies are followed by everyone staying at the property.

Visitors not staying the night must be gone by quiet hours (10PM)

As a vacation rental property, there will be no maid service during your stay, therefore, it is the guests' responsibility to ensure the cleanliness of the property

The guests will be given a list of check out duties to abide by. If these are not fulfilled the cardholder will be subject to additional cleaning fees incurred.

Failure to follow any of these rules may result in possible eviction.
Bookings

High Season Rates $3080/week (Weekly rental only from Monday-Monday)

Low Season Rates $399/day- two nights are required to book the property

Long Weekends during Low Season $440/night High Season $475/night min 3 nights required

All Bookings require a 30% deposit and a credit card number to be held on file
Final Payment is due on arrival
Cancellation Policy

We require 45 days notice prior to the check in date for cancellations

Reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to check in date will be subject to full forfeiture of deposit
-
Reservations terminated early will be charged in full, a refund cannot be paid out until the unit has been re-rented for the remainder of the reservation

All cancelled reservations are subject to a $50 charge
